My work explores concepts or challenges to the conventional forms of representation. Being a self-taught artist, I have engaged my own intuitions and perceptions of the creative process. A passion for Cubism is immediately visible in the majority of my paintings and is the primary reason I began to paint. The intrigue of geometrical forms and overlapping planes captivated me to take this journey. My art education has basically evolved through visual studying of the Cubist Masters' works I find in books and when possible in museums.
